Below are a number of frequently asked questions about Nick Grove’s Photography and Cinematography services but if we still haven’t answered any of your questions go ahead and ask Ask us anything…
What is your style and approach to wedding photography and wedding cinematography?
We have just one approach which we bring to every wedding and that is simply to capture your wedding day at it’s most beautiful and natural. We do that by keeping a very low profile but to also be amongst the action. We don’t like to manage you or your guests but just as a traditional wedding photographer would, we would also like to take some time to capture a series of softly posed photographs of the two of you. We promise you will be surprised at how easy we will make this for you!
Can we have some more traditional family groups?
Yes! Your wedding photography collection would not be complete without them. We always work to a list provided by yourselves and we recommend large groups rather than lots of smaller combinations. We will get these ‘formal groups’ captured with little fuss and as quickly as possible without rushing them. If you need any help organising this part of the day you can request a ‘Formal Groups‘ list.
How do we hire you?
That’s Easy! Just send us an email, fill out our contact form, or just give us a call on 01832 270080 to check availability. A non-refundable booking fee of £300.00 is required along with our booking form to confirm your wedding date and the balance is due 1 month before the wedding date. After that, you can count on us to be there with our cameras for the most anticipated day of your life.
How long do you stay on the wedding day?
We like to capture the whole day from beginning to end from the bridal preparations until just after the first dance. We often stay longer and we certainly don’t rush of but do let us know if you have any fireworks or other surprises lined up for your guests. Our packages are based on a full days shooting which we consider to be 8 hours. If you need longer just let us know.
Where will you travel to shoot a wedding?
We will travel anywhere to photograph and film your wedding but if it requires an over night stay we require you to cover our accommodation costs. For international weddings we need to plan well in advance and there maybe additional expenses to be covered.
Which wedding venues have you photographed at?
We have been booked to photograph weddings throughout the UK and overseas. Here are a selection of our blog posts from just a few of our favorites-
